Giving God, I look back over the stretch of road that lies behind me. Even when times were uncertain, Your hand on me was steady. Every success was Your doing. Every failure has served me well. Every moment of rest was a gift. Every tension-filled time only strengthened my character. How much farther will this road reach? I don’t know, and I imagine it doesn’t much matter. Thus far You have walked with me. Whether my journey is long or short, may I always sense Your peaceful presence with every stride.
